Each building gets a fixed schedule and, ideally, the same cleaners from one week to the next: they know the corners, the building's habits and flag to the managing agent whatever needs attention. You keep a single contact, reachable, and a clear report of what is done.

The frequency follows the life of the building: weekly, fortnightly or several times a week for high-traffic blocks. We draw up the quote once we've seen the place, for a fair price with no surprises.

Do you offer regular upkeep contracts?

Yes, it's the most common format for apartment blocks: a fixed schedule, a frequency agreed with the managing agent or residents' council, and readable monthly billing. One-off visits remain possible for an isolated need.

Do you handle the bins and the bin-store cleaning?

It's a common option in our contracts. Taking bins out and back on collection days, washing the store and occasional disinfection can be included: we set it out clearly on the quote.

How does the managing agent track quality?

You have a single contact with us and a report of the visits. Any resident's remark reaches us directly and we adjust from the very next visit.
