After building work or before a move-out inspection
A post-work clean-up is a service of its own: it can't be improvised with a plain clean. We remove the site dust that gets in everywhere, plaster and glue residue, paint and tape marks on windows and floors, stickers on new joinery, then we wash every surface down to the skirting boards and switches.
This service also suits moves: a home left spotless before the move-out inspection, or a new place cleaned before you set down your boxes. For businesses, we take a premises back after a fit-out or before handover. Each room is checked with you at the end of the visit.
The clean-up starts at €300 and depends on the surface area, the scale of the work and the starting state. A visit on site, or a few photos, is enough to draw up a precise quote.
